Community Guidelines

Welcome to Safexpace. Our community is built on faith, encouragement, and mutual respect. These guidelines help keep Safexpace a safe and uplifting space for everyone. By using Safexpace, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Be Respectful
Treat others with kindness and respect. We do not tolerate:
- Bullying, harassment, or intimidation
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
- Threats of violence or harm
- Personal attacks or insults
Be Authentic
Use a profile that represents you. Do not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, or misrepresent your identity. Your display name and profile photo should be yours and appropriate for a faith community.
Upload Only Photos You May Use
If you upload a profile photo, you must have the right to use it. Do not upload:
- Photos of other people without their consent
- Sexual or suggestive images
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery
- Content that exposes another person's private information (doxxing)
- Copyrighted images you do not have permission to use
Respect Boundaries and Consent
- Do not repeatedly contact someone who has declined contact or blocked you.
- Do not pressure anyone for personal details, photos, money, or off-app contact.
- Honor every member's right to block, decline, or end a conversation at any time.
Use Nearby Discovery Responsibly
Connect is meant to help you find fellowship nearby. Do not use it to:
- Follow, monitor, or track someone
- Threaten or intimidate someone based on their proximity
- Attempt to determine or expose another person's precise location
- Contact someone who has made clear they do not want to be contacted
No Scams, Spam, or Illegal Activity
- Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional links.
- Do not request money, gifts, or cryptocurrency.
- Do not engage in fraud, scams, or any illegal activity.
- Do not share phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles in public posts. They are blocked automatically for your safety.
Protect Personal Information
Be mindful of what you share. Do not post another person's private information. Use caution when arranging in-person meetings with people you meet through Connect. Meet in public places and tell someone you trust where you are going.
Age
Safexpace is for members 13 and older. Connect (people nearby) is for members 18 and older.
Admin review needed: Confirm whether additional age restrictions apply in your jurisdiction before publishing.
How to Report and Block
- Report: Every prayer, comment, Connect profile, and message has a menu that lets you report it. Our team reviews reports and takes action within 24 hours.
- Block: You can block anyone from the Prayer Wall or Connect. Blocked people cannot see you or contact you, and their posts are hidden from your view.
- Auto-screening: Every post and message is checked automatically before it appears. Content that violates these guidelines is blocked or hidden.
Moderation and Appeals
We may hide content, suspend Connect access, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, contact support@safexpace.com to request a review.
