Delete your Safexpace account

Delete it in the app

Open Safexpace and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. Go to my Profile

Can't open the app?

Email support@safexpace.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Safexpace account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, name and email address
Your favorites
Your prayer requests and comments
Your mentor requests, mentor applications and testimony submissions
Your blocks and reports

What may be kept

Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example total prayer counts) that cannot identify you, and records we must keep by law. Email-delivery logs held by our service providers are removed on their normal schedule.
